About

I bring together the perspectives of technology, compliance, documentation and hands-on delivery.

I'm an IT advisor and expert reviewer for initiatives delivered under strict compliance and security requirements. I help translate goals and risks into clear requirements, solution architecture and acceptance criteria.

My job is to reduce ambiguity. I help define the problem, separate facts from assumptions and translate requirements into decisions that can be verified during delivery and acceptance.

Privacy and Cookie Policy

Information for the simplified, static version of the Rekenaar website.

Version 1.1 · effective 10 October 2026

1. Controller

The controller of personal data is Rekenaar Krzysztof Atlasiewicz, ul. sw. Filipa 23/3, 31-150 Krakow, Poland. Privacy contact: office@rekenaar.pl.

2. Use of the website

This version of the website is static. It contains no contact form, user accounts, marketing tools, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The website is served from a server in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Frankfurt region (Germany, European Union). With each request the server technically receives the IP address, date and time, requested URL and browser information, but keeps no visitor log. Only technical server events are recorded (e.g. start-up, certificate renewal, errors); an entry about a connection error may contain an IP address.

3. Cookies

The website sets no cookies — neither its own nor third-party — and stores no data in the browser.

4. Direct contact

When a visitor sends an email or gets in touch by telephone, the controller processes the data supplied by that person, such as identification and contact details, message content and correspondence metadata. Email is hosted with Proton.

After following the LinkedIn link, the visitor leaves the Rekenaar website and the external service's privacy rules apply. This website does not embed LinkedIn plugins or content.

5. Purposes and legal bases

  • responding and taking steps before entering into a contract, or performing a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  • managing correspondence, documenting arrangements and protecting website security — the controller's legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  • meeting legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations where applicable — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

6. Recipients, transfers and retention

Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website and manage correspondence, in particular Oracle (server infrastructure in the European Union) and Proton, only to the extent required to provide their services. Where processing involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it is carried out under the rules and safeguards required by applicable law and the relevant provider agreements.

Entries in the server's system log are deleted automatically after 14 days. Correspondence retention is determined by the time needed to handle and close the matter, any subsequent cooperation, applicable tax or accounting duties, relevant limitation periods for claims, and the need to document arrangements. Data is erased or anonymised when the applicable grounds cease.

7. Rights

Subject to applicable law, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and may object to processing. They may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority. The website does not make automated decisions about visitors and does not profile them.

Scope: this notice applies only to the simplified version without a form. When the full website is restored, the policy describing that version's configuration will apply.
